To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ

When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition.
