First, The part is correct, fitted and leak free, so thanks. Actually, if I were to do this again I would buy from a local shop, accepting the higher piece price for a faster delivery. Your price advantage was almost completely eroded by the shipping charges - why not simply post it especially as I was prepared to wait. Anyhow, as I said before, the part is correct and has fixed my problem so Im happy enough on that score. Regards

I have found your service especially that of your technical department, helpful, knowledgeble and where you did not know the answers you went out of your way to find them - Thank you.
I have also found your delivery service and customer care very professional.

Your service is top notch. Order placed Fri, arrived Monday, with regular updates. SO re-assuring to know that good service still exists out there. Item also great value for money and I liked the free delivery part. Keep up the great work ! Thanks for stocking a very old toilet pan too, never realised I was going to be lucky enough to find this one.

Excellent service, delivered on time with communication answered immediately. Checked around the product elsewhere, only MyTub has what I needed. Website and communication portal easy to use and understand. Definitely coming back :
