I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns.
