I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.
