Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ........

The soap dispenser arrived on the date stated but was slightly defective. I phoned the local supplier and it was replaced the following working day. Excellent service.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Dear Sir, Free Delivery etc - I think you should indicate on your website what sort of delivery timescale one should expect - when I placed an order with you last night I certainly didnt expect to be told this morning that delivery would be 7 November 2011 ie more than 2 weeks to wait Yours faithfully David Fallon

It is very unfortunate that some manufactures do not keep stocks of all there goods and lead times are long, this is something we have put to them on many occasions. Thank fully these are rare occurrences.

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often
