Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..
