Having tried various plumbing merchants for N12 6 [6mm od] copper elbows with no luck I tried My Tub who had them in stock. The sales person was extremely helpful and the parts were delivered quicker than was specified. All in all a great experience with My Tub. Highly recommended.

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.

Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned.
