Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Delighted with delivery timescale for the item I ordered which I could not get anywhere else under 4 weeks. myTub a bit more pricey though
