I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Our order was very slow to arrive, it took over three weeks. Although I was regularly updated on the progress of the order it was far to slow to arrive.
