What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone I know who is needing the kind of items you supply. With many thanks and best wishes for a successful 2012.

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
All in all a god experience

HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.
Yours, Allison

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
