Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Pacakge delivered on time. However, the packaging was opened and in a sorry state when delivered. Lucikily there were no missing items.

Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery.

I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
