Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Had great difficulty sourcing a small waste drainage joint needed to complete a refurb bathroom and My Tub had one and organised a UPS delivery which came 2 days later so job could be finished. For such a cheap part cost I was most grateful that My Tub were prepared to supply this part to me. Thank you for your service, it was much appreciated.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
