Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative
