Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. Simple ordering process. Very helpful staff. Obtained product relatively quickly despite problems caused by Covid 19. Low prices. Very happy.

Service excellent, no problems with delivery of the items. Happy to recommend. Also happy because parts ordered were for an old fire and many pieces obsolete, yet you still had in stock thankfully! Will definitely use again when need arises.

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.
