A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.

Quite surprised when plumb centre delivered the goods as I had already been there to source parts and I have an account with them. Nevertheless good service parts were delivered early and fitted same day.

Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.

I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ
