Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.

The DELABIE Shower head holder in chrome metal dia. 25&32mm is now fitted and provides a robust and stylish answer for replacement shower head holders. The original abs plastic equipment failed, the replacement abs plastic failed this one now seems to be the business.
