We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. The communication from them was excellent and my item was delivered in good order in a couple of days, on the day they quoted. I couldnt ask for more. I will not hesitate to use them in future.
