My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.
Can you please change your browser content to stop people
Purchasing one of the product and thus save duplicate p&p.

My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order.
The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!
