Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct.

Excellent quick dispatch, delivered within 3-4 working days. Constant communication, thank you! After a horrendous experience ordering the same item from another firm, Im glad I came to you - and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm.

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. Excellent service. Order arrived right on time as indicated. Letting me know the day it would come was very helpful. As well as that, the lady in the office rang me up to check out my address as it wasnt clear. I certainly recommend MyTub and would use again M I MacMillan
