Hello,
The damaged item was picked up by DHL 4 March.
Thanks very much for your amazing service. I was very impressed with how well you managed the replacement part.

Jeannette - Thank you for dealing with my order details so efficiently. Sorry I had to cancel same - not your fault. Would definitely use your company for any future requirements.

I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks.

Brilliant service, easy to use website and very fast delivery. The product I bought was supplied by the Plumb Centre who could not help me - I got all the help I needed from My Tub and it was cheaper! Many thanks.

I found your customer services very good and received my product without any problems at a good price, but only as I picked it up myself. Will definately use your company again, thank you

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.
