The service and the communications were good.
The items were ready for collection as promised.
I am happy with the service provided.
The turnaround time for information on stock availability could be a little quicker.

This is the second order I have placed with MyTub in a year and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the transactions. Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.
