After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. This meant that the plumber and tiler were able to complete the job without delay. Thank you Jeannette and Christine, in my mind you are bo

Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well.

hi
i ve used your service to obtain Radiant boiler part. im basically happy to get the proper part. I will probably use your service again because i cant really find any other suplier. you ruin your service by sending a tiny sensor by fedex instead of sending it by post in a padded envelope. i ended up paying nearly double amount for delivery than for the price of the item.13-item,22-delivery i dont even want to mention that the Fedex price for this delivery is 16 so probably your pacaging is 6. i recon that a padded envelope and postage wouldnt be much more than 6. also i hardly believe that your company doesnt use post at all. i wouldnt feel so bad if the delivery was fast for this money but it took a week.i know that im not an important customer i migyht by 1-2 small part a year so yo
