I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. Why wasnt it packaged in a box It could have got damaged in transit.

This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.
