Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.
------------- ------------------- --------------
Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Excellent service and customer care - well done!
