I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Excellent service - we actually got what we wanted, on time delivery and the cost was competitive.
The website was very user friendly and made finding and ordering the product a relatively painless task...much appreciated in a busy school office :- thanks

Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and, when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
Would use again.

Superb service - site is easy to use, emails are informative, and my part arrived in just a few days - massively recommended, especially if - like us - you arent experts in the world of plumbing!
