Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.
