The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered.
|No problems with this transaction. The boiler was delivered on the date stated.
I will use mytub again if the need arises.

|I found your website very easy and straightforward and in particular I found the telephone link invaluable in ascertaining the availability of the part and the staff on the phone could not have been more helpful.
|It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
