Product purchased was Showerlux Showerclean. Arrived as ordered. Communications were good. Was advised of a delay in delivery from original given date but was then was delivered on original date after all. Slight confusion but no complaints. Would use again !

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice.
