Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.
