Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Delivery took longer then estimated but MY TUB staff were helpful and send me a copy of manual instructions and dimensions of the item so I could do some works before installing an item.

Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.

Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.
