Excellent service and staff. Kept me informed each step of the way with a made-to-measure order. Answered my queries extremely quickly even before I ordered. Good prices. Will use again. Well done all round!

Products at a good price, but painfully slow delivery by todays standards for easy to source items.

your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!

Excellent service thank you very much for sending so quickly. You have saved us having to have a new boiler. Would certainly recommend your services.

Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.
Kind regards,
Paul Kelly
