I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.
