The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.
