I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.
