Very good communication and prompt replies. Slow delivery: order placed on 2nd delivery first stated to be 16th, then confirmed 10th, finally 20th.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.

Ordered 3 bottle gulley plugs that weren’t in stock but I knew about, was kept uptodate of when my order was to be delivered and it was exactly on time , would use My Tub again for parts, well pleased with them
