Very smooth professional service - if the need arises I will definitely be using this site again.
Nice site - keep it up.

Communication was excellent and although the part was obsolete, every effort was made to fulfil the order.

A little confusion between myself and sales team.
However, I still received the order some days later.
Saved me looking elsewhere.
Thanks.

Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers.
