I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!

Arrived a week later than original delivery estimate, however regular communciation throughout explained reason for delay and updated delivery estimates. Overall an excellent service received.

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition.
