This purchase worked exceptionally well. The price of the product was fair, the product itself was as expected and the speed of delivery was excellent.
I would not hesitate to use MyTub again

Great service. Could not believe how quick in receiving the part, but most of all the Mytub team are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Impressed that I got regular updates by email to inform me of reason for delay and given apologies. Item arrived as described, good price.

Service was excellent and lots of other retailers should be able to offer this level of customer care - product got a minor depression caused by a knock in transit and the company was keen to exchange for a perfect item. Thank you - Im very pleased with the item having made the swap.

Christine, thank you for your great communication and going that extra mile in sourcing the specialist tube for our pneumatic system at our hospital in Basingstoke . A great company would highly recommend .

Thanks for sorting my order. Advertising the parts at a price you couldnt deliver at caused a delay on our job. And sadly a lot of the parts were damaged, which wasnt your fault, but compounded our delays issues on getting this job finished.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again
