Very happy with price and delivery time. When I tried to pick up at Plumb Center they did not know who you were and denied any knowledge of my order.Web site needs better search and navigation do that you can home in on each product easier.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.
