Hi my tub. Goods in good condition , fairly easy to find on the Web site, only complaint is the delivery time scale. Waited over 2-3 weeks for delivery of radiator covers.

Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.
