The service I received was excellent and I appreciated being able to alter the delivery date to suit myself, thank you regards Mike.

Thanks for a simple straightforward web site and also for a good service - my purchase was very straightforward!

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

Well what can i say, first rate customer service. I ordered the wrong item, they did everything they could to get it sorted for me. Cannot recommend this company enough. 5 stars

A competitive price and good service. I experienced a delay in delivery as, apparently, the goods werent in stock when I placed the order.

It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.
