Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.

Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with.
