The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.
