Hardboard, also called high-density fibreboard (HDF), is a wood product that has
been specially engineered to be a type of high standard fibreboard.
The product is similar to particle board and also medium-density fibreboard,
but it is much denser, stronger, and harder because it has been produced out
of exploded wood fibres which have been highly compressed.
Hardboard differs from normal particle boards because of the bonding in the
wood fibres require no materials to be added, but resin is sometimes used. Unlike
particle board, it will not split or crack, this ensures that your product lasts longer than any other of it's kind. Hardboard is used in a lot of construction and furniture, and is produced in either a wet (smooth on one side) or dry process (smooth on both sides).

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Cant fault your service at all, even though the dispatch was delayed you kept me very well informed all the time. Will certainly use you again.

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we...

Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box....
