Order received by specified date and our Tevi Boost shower is now back to normal. Thank you for your extensive website and very competitive prices. The free delivery service encouraged us to trade with you as it does reduce the product costs.

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so.

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

Excellent service and good communications! Managed to get me a sink unit which was no longer readily available, direct from supplier. Delivered ahead of schedule. First class!

Extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone, then purchase received less that 24hrs after placing order. All at the cheapest price I could find on the net! Can it get any better

The prices were very competitive, and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.
