Very easy to order from the website. Stock was confirmed by email within 5 minutes. Goods arrived 2 days later, as promised.

The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.

The sink arrived and was well packaged in a wood crate. We have not unpacked it yet. We will be inspecting this week.
