Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive. Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins ------------- ------------------------- ------------------ Hello Paul Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been a recent change to our system. HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options - One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised. I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic. Yours, Allison
