MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.
