Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.

Ordered 20th September & money taken immediately. Problems with getting product so not delivered for 2 whole weeks. Good price & good updates given but why not charge when product ships

Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. Companies who use the internet as the main portal for business must get the

My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

My order was delivered quickly and early on the day that was given to me. I had to order an extra item, and this was handled very politely by the staff over the phone. I would recomend Mytub to my friends.
