Dear Sirs, I ordered 2 "Belling 082602051 Door Springs(Grill)Product ID 377854. But only recieved one. Could you please send the second one ASAP. Many thanks , D.M. Fenn

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery".

Fifteen pounds postage for a piece of plastic the size of a cereal bowl... It did arrive next day though, and I couldnt find them available anywhere else.

Everything went well, even though the part had to be left without a signature.
